Will Morgan has over 12 years investment management experience responsible for institutional, private equity and VC funds in excess of £2 billion, acting for Morley FM, HgCapital, Barclays Infrastructure and Alpha Real Capital during this time.
Prior to joining Alpha, he held the position of Finance and Portfolio Director for a private equity boutique, overseeing 50 operational assets across Europe with 330 MW of installed renewable capacity, generating annual revenues in excess of £100 million. He has completed renewable investments totalling more than £600 million, with deal sizes ranging from £3 -200 million.
Will holds a one year full time MBA from ESADE Business School.
Michael has over 20 years’ banking and investment experience with leading players in mid cap corporate and specialist PE funds. He has been dedicated to infrastructure and renewables for the last 12 years. At Alpha, Michael will be focused on deal origination and execution for WRIF. Prior to joining Alpha, Michael held positions as managing partner of SI Capital, a dedicated renewables PE firm, and MD for Cleantech and Renewables at Piper Jaffray. In 2010, he also co-founded Solar Securities one of the UK’s earliest solar PV developers, carrying out M&A and financings for the firm. He has an MA in Chemistry from Oxford University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994 with PwC.
Zorica has over 10 years of international experience in investment research, analysis and business development. At Alpha Zorica specializes in renewables with focus on business development and provides support on portfolio management, transactional and operational activities, including financial and technical due diligence, debt arrangement and performance monitoring.
Prior to joining Alpha Zorica has worked on both equity and debt deals with JP Morgan Chase in Chicago and Verdispar International in CEE. She was also part of a business restructuring team for Corporacion Andina de Desarrollo in Peru.
Eoin Martin has over 10 years of investment experience in environmental markets working across a wide range of sectors and jurisdictions. At Alpha, in addition to originating operational assets, Eoin is actively sourcing early stage construction opportunities with a view to bringing them through to financing, construction completion and operations.
Prior to joining Alpha, Eoin managed the finance, construction and disposal of over 135 MW of ground mount solar PV assets at Belectric (UK) including the largest plant to be built in 2014. His previous roles include supporting the international renewable energy business at Camco Clean Energy and an early career as a management consultant at Accenture.
Eoin holds an Msc in Carbon Management from Edinburgh Business School.
Jonathan has over 5-years of investment research, analysis and origination experience within the infrastructure sector. At Alpha he provides support in a number of areas from origination, pricing, and bid-submissions through to transaction due diligence and operational asset management.
Prior to joining Alpha, Jonathan was a financial and economic consultant for a global advisory firm providing investment valuations and commercial due diligence for major international infrastructure projects (EMEA, North America and South East Asia). He holds MSc’s in both Finance, and in Economic Growth & Innovation from the Lund University School of Economics and Management (LUSEM) as well as an Honours Degree in Economics from McMaster University. More recently he has completed the Certificate in Corporate Finance from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
Stephen began his career at Accenture Corporation, prior to joining Close Brothers Group plc in 2007. At Alpha, Stephen is responsible for managing the TIME:ADVANCE and TIME:CTC Inheritance Tax mitigation services. Stephen joined Alpha with the rest of the Close property fund management division in 2011.
